Free delivery if purchase is greater than $50.00.
FREE DAILY DELIVERY – LOCAL MARKET
Orders that are delivered from our Steamboat Springs headquarters by our delivery team are delivered at no charge, with no minimum order requirement.
NEXT DAY AVAILABILITY is based on receiving your order prior to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. (Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.)
FREE NATIONWIDE DELIVERY
On orders of $50.00 or more, shipped by UPS.
Your order, received by 3:00 pm Monday through Friday, will ship directly to you from any of our seventeen warehouses located throughout the country. These orders typically ship the same day or within 24 hours.
$50.00 minimum order required.
For orders that total less than $50.00, and shipped by UPS, a shipping fee of $6.50 will be added to your delivery invoice.
NOMINAL FREIGHT CHARGES
For items shipped by truck.
Larger items such as furniture and large business machines will be delivered via common carrier and may require an additional charge. In such cases, we will contact you with estimated freight charges and ETA.
Please allow 1-3 additional days for delivery by common carrier.
Truck Deliveries
Truck deliveries do not include inside delivery. Truck shipments are tailgate /dock delivery (the driver will bring the item(s) to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item(s) inside.) Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled. A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours to sign for truck deliveries.

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO / FPO, Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), or international addresses

Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for credit or replacement.
